We provide a full refund on the cost of the item(s) purchased or exchange on an item within 15 days of purchase. We will not refund shipping and handling cost of returns.

When returning your item to us, please follow the following steps to ensure your return/exchange is handled promptly:

1) Please return the item in its original condition. Items that are tampered with or damaged will not be accepted.

2) A copy or the original invoice.

3) Email us before returning any packages and notify us of the return and the reason for the return (so we can improve as we strive to provide the best customer service possible) at returns@atussastore.com.

4) Mail all returns to: Atussa Couture 712 Bancroft Road, Suite 704 Walnut Creek, CA 94598

5) Please ensure that the package is mailed safely and that you can track your package. Atussa Couture is not responsible for lost or damaged items while in transit.

A credit will be issued to your credit card within 15 days of receiving your return in case of a refund. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. In case of an exchange, we will mail out the exchange item as promptly as possible based on availability and will contact you in case the item is on back order.

In event of a return to sender or if the return is refused, a 25% restocking fee will be charged before issuing a refund. We recommend that you follow instructions 1 through 5 with proper notification of the return via email to avoid this.

For returns on a "free shipping" promotion, shipping charges will be applied before a refund is issued.

While Atussa Couture will make every effort that each purchase is completely satisfactory, we would like to deter abuse of our 100% satisfied policy. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for more than 3 returned items.
